If you are using Plaid on Railz Production, you will be required to enter the Client ID and the Client Secret in order to integrate Plaid onto Railz. For Railz production, it is required to enter the production secret. The Development and Sandbox application keys are not supported in production.
To retrieve your Plaid API Keys, please follow the below steps,
Go to Plaid.com and log in.
Once logged in, from the top menu bar, select Team Settings >> Keys. The Keys page is displayed showing the API keys you need for setup:
When you navigate to the Team Settings > Keys, if you do not see the Production Secret, then you will have to migrate to Plaid Production environment.

Request Plaid Production access.
Complete your application profile, which is required to access certain institutions that use OAuth-based connections.
Complete your security questionnaire, which is required to access certain US institutions that use OAuth-based connections.
When requesting Plaid production access, you will be asked to select the required product type from the list of available product types which you intend to use. Please select transaction and balance which are the products supported by Railz.
