Follow the below steps to connect Sage Business Cloud to your financial provider. You will see a page similar to the one below which allows you to select an accounting service from a list of accounting services.
1 - Click on the Sage Business Cloud logo tile and then select Continue.
2 - A pop-up window will then open and you will be asked to select your country. When a country is selected, you will then be directed to a log-in screen on the same pop-up window.
3 - You can then Log into Sage Business Cloud using your credentials.
4 - When you successfully log in, a message will be displayed in the pop-up window, requesting you to allow access. Click on Allow.
5 - The pop-up window will then close automatically and you will be redirected back to the previous screen. If you have more than one account on Sage Business Cloud, you will be prompted to select the account that you need to connect and click continue.
If the connection was successful, a screen similar to the one below will be displayed.
If the connection was not successful, a message similar to the one below will be displayed and you have the option to retry logging back to Sage Business Cloud. If you still get the ‘Oops’ message, please contact your Financial provider for assistance.
