Follow the below steps to connect Wave to your financial provider. You will see a page similar to the one below which allows you to select an accounting service from a list of accounting services.
1 - Click on the Wave logo tile and then select Continue
2 - A pop-up window will appear and you will then be asked to log into Wave. When you log into Wave, you will then be requested to allow access to your Wave account.
3 - When you allow the request and if the connection is successful, the pop-up window will close automatically and you will be directed back to the previous page and a success message will be displayed.
If the connection was not successful, a message similar to the one below will be displayed and you have the option to retry logging back to Wave. If you still get the ‘Oops’ message, please contact your Financial provider for assistance.
