Railz does not allow creating more than one account with the same domain.

We recommend that you get in touch with your internal systems team to get access to the previous Super Administrator user's email, so that you can go ahead and log in as the Super Administrator user and add a new Super Administrator user as required.

We do not update any user information on our end due to security concerns.
